This Turkey and Vegetable Stir-Fry is a quick and filling dinner rich in protein and fiber.
Ingredients:
- 200g ground turkey
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- ½ bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Black pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the vegetables. Cook them for about five minutes until slightly tender. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce and black pepper and let everything cook together for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
